Green Inn Hotel - Ostravice

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel nestled in the hills of the Beskydy. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The rooms were spacious and cozy, with comfortable beds and brand new bathrooms. The hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, including a basic spa with hot tub, sauna, and steam room. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, offering a good choice of hot and cold foods. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. this place provided excellent value for money.

A relaxing base for exploring Ostravice. No reason to complain, the venue met the demands: D

in bad weather the restaurant is about 150 meteres uphill from the accomodation so its cars aor rainy walking

Convenient location just 16 miles from the airport 🛬. the room had everything we needed. the hotel is also close to a nice spot, just 1 mile away.

The address is wrong. We could not find the coordinates writen on Booked.net and called them and they said "Yes maybe its wrong." Then we went to room at late night and there was a vacum cleaner on the floor! The bathroom was realy dirty! There was a used dirty ashtray in the washbasin! WC was used and dirty! Need to say anything else? It was awful... Wont go again.

The hotel experience was great. From the fine view, amazing location next to the golf course, and being close to nature, everything made my stay nice. The hotel facilities were clean and cozy, and the staff were accommodating and polite.

The breakfast was good and there were a variety of options to choose from. the room was also clean and the bathroom was spotless. the hotel is located in a beautiful area close to many tourist hotspots. there were many Christmas decorations throughout, which added to the lovely atmosphere.

The staff were not very friendly, and their customer service was poor. They were unhelpful when it came to providing information about the local area, and weren't willing to assist when we had questions about the hotel.

Celebrated xmas at a fabulous golf resort with amazing surroundings. The rooms were immaculate and had excellent views of the mountains and golf courses. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. The restaurant served unique dishes that were both delicious and affordable.

Although the waiting staff was friendly, the service was slow, especially when it came to ordering or paying. The breakfast buffet was good, but its location was cramped and inconvenient.

Nestled amongst the beautiful green hills, this resort is a perfect escape from the city. the peaceful surroundings and proximity to nature make it an ideal getaway location. the rooms are extremely comfy and spacious with large bathrooms. the staff is super-friendly and always ready to help. the breakfast buffet offers a great variety and quality, with fresh produce and amazing coffee. the outdoor terrace offers splendid views, especially over the golf course, while sipping on a cheeky cocktail.

The wellness area could be a little bit bigger.
